Our Shipping Policy

When to Expect Your Order: Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-hour payment processing period. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with within 5-7 business days. business days do not include weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping is only 3-7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.

Our Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products, we can only honor returns if the items are faulty or damaged. If your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies.

Our acceptable returns policy is of the following:

  1. Faulty product indicating a manufacturers defect.
  2. Damaged during the shipment process.
  3. You are contacting us with 7 days of receiving your product.

If you qualify for a return, then please follow the following steps:

  1. Obtain an RA number by emailing us at .  Please include the order name and order number for it to be processed.
  2. Returned package must contain the RA number on the outside of the box.
  3. Please return products in their original packaging, along with any order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.

Please note: We are unable to refund return shipping fees.
