I work as a joiner on ships and in a workshop with a concrete floor, most of the work I do involves crawling around on the floor and I’ve been suffering with knee pain. I’ve tried some more basic gel knee pads which do the job to an extent but always end up around my ankles when I walk about. These pads take most of the load from the knee and spread it across the shine and calf. Any weight that is on the knee is nicely cushioned.
